Refund policy

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo at vismay.raj2408@gmail.com. We'll send a replacement or full refund — no return shipping required. Opened treats/supplements cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Refunds process in 5-7 business days.
